How to record transfer documents
When a document is transferring property it needs to be seen and stamped by the Allen County Assessor and the Allen County Auditor. Both offices are also located in the Rousseau Centre.

Please Note - that there is a transfer fee in the Auditor’s office when recording a transfer document.
